John Vernon Nash   

British, he holds a BA in (Combined Honours) French and Spanish at Birmingham University (UK); Higher National Diploma in Business Studies (Distinction) at Sheffield Polytechnic -now Sheffield-Hallam University. He  holds the Diploma in  Marketing of the Institute of Marketing of London and has passed the Associate  examinations  in French and Spanish of the "Institute of Linguists" of London.

Initially trained in the business world and with eigh and a half years' experience in industrial market research in Western Europe for a British firm in the steel sector, he has wide experience in correcting written work produced by non-native English speakers and in commissioned translations on various issues, being an expert on economy, finance, business, steel and engineering, political and current affairs.  

   Paloma González   

Spanish and with a Degree in English Philology at Madrid Complutense University. She passed the  Cambridge Proficiency Certificate ( A) with translation and the Diploma of the  "Institute of Linguists" of London in 1982, being an Associate Member of the latter for a year. She did a Translation/Interpreting course (English and Spanish)  with Distinction in 2001 funded by the Madrid Autonomous Regional Governement.

She has had experience in academic translations (English and Spanish)  on various topics since 1986 and has been a professional translator since 2000. She carries out the translations from English into Spanish, and does translations from Spanish into English, always supervised, corrected and/or edited by  Vernon Nash.

John Vernon Nash   

Británico, es licenciado en francés y en español (Título Combinado) por la Universidad de Birmingham-GB y Diplomado en Estudios Empresariales con Sobresaliente (Universidad de Sheffield Hallam -antes Sheffield Polytechnic). Tiene el diploma en Marketing del Instituto de Marketing de Londres y superó el examen para ser Miembro Asociado en Francés y en Español del "Institute of Linguists" de Londres.

Formado inicialmente en el mundo de la empresa y con 8 años y medio de experiencia en estudios de mercado industrial en Europa Occidental para una empresa británica del sector del metal, tiene amplia experiencia en la corrección de trabajos escritos en inglés por no nativos y de traducciones por encargo de español a inglés de tema diverso y es experto en temas de economía, finanzas, empresa, metalurgia, política y de actualidad. 

   Paloma González   

Española y Licenciada en Filología Moderna- Inglés por la UCM. Obtuvo el Certificado de Cambridge Proficiency ( A) con traducción y el Diploma del "Institute of Linguists" de Londres en 1982, del que fue Miembro Asociado durante un año. Realizó un Curso de Traducción/Interpretación (inglés y español) con Sobresaliente en 2001 y financiado por la CAM.

Tiene experiencia en traducciones académicas (inglés y español)  de tema diverso desde 1986 y es traductora profesional desde 2000. Realiza las traducciones del inglés al español, y hace traducciones de español a inglés, supervisadas, corregidas o editadas siempre estas últimas  por Vernon Nash.
